Aim. Improve the results of treatment patients with decompensated forms chronic venous insufficiency by determining main hypertension inherent in varicose veins and postthrombotic syndrome.
Materials methods. At same time, isolated combined refluxes distinguished.
results. Based on complex ultrasonographic examination (USG) insufficiency, (VC) had superficial hypertension. In PTPS, 68 (95.8%) hypertension, 3 (4.2%) a mixed form USG studies, diameter vein (LSV) 1st group was average 10.3±0.2 mm, (SSV) 5.3±0.1 mm. second group, LSV 11.1±0.5 SSV 6.5±0.2 Failure penetrating first found 14 (18.4%), only 12 (15.8%) cases single. The 5.1±0.5 mm
patients, all 56 (78.9%) them, it multiple. 5.8±0.9 mm.
size trophic ulcers larger patients. With ulcer up 10 cm 42.1% IIst depth lesion, IIIst lesion observed 51.4% cases. 34.2% 5 lesions IIst, 5.8% IV st. three hypertension.
Conclusions. veins, is almost PTS stage decompensation, 95.8% have 4.2% blood deep, interconnected each other, where their pathological effect mutually reinforcing. 61 (81.5%) an independent character hemodynamically unrelated other.
